To address your camera concern, PFS Group takes the safety of our employees very seriously. Cameras are located in all our offices as a safety precaution, just as they are in the majority of companies across the country and world. They are not monitored, simply recorded for after hours security of our space as well as the security of the team. As a high performing company, I am dissatisfied to hear your felt your training was inadequate. While we are focused on our clients and their patients, you should be able to feel confident in your ability to do your job. We’ll look more into this concern and ensure we address anything that hinders training. Any specifics would greatly appreciated Like most companies, members of our management team visit all PFS Group offices throughout the country. We apologize if you or anyone else feels like these visits are negative.
