Pros

Very professeional, pay is okay, and it's a job!

Cons

1. High insurance cheapest 89$ just for health for a individual, imagine adding dependents. 2. Stiff and ridget, blank white walls (their going for Super professional ) but it's dead in that place. 3. Doesn't encourage personality 4. No visible piercing excluding ears and no tattoos (of course most call center jobs allow minimal no offensive body art) 5. No snacks anywhere... not in training, hallway or desk and I be hungry. 6. Only natural hair colors permitted, no magentas, or greens etc. 7. It's wayyyyy to cold in the building 8. Training is not well constructed, lacking luster, no excitement - falling asleep was easy, staying warm was hard. 9. Didn't get the position I wanted

Thank you for sharing you feedback. It’s great to hear you think our environment is professional. To that end though, we do have basic regulations in place regarding personal hygiene – which is consistent with other companies in and out of our industry. We’ll look into the temperature of the building and see if we can find a happy medium when it comes to how warm or cold the office is kept. In regards to your training comments, PFS is very confident in our training methodology. We are a very high-performing company and would not be able to provide the high caliber services to our clients and their patients if it wasn’t for our thorough training. You mentioned you were falling asleep during the training, and I can only wonder if that is why you were not placed in the position you had interest in. We love rewarding and promoting our employees who put forth the hard work and dedication. If you would like to share more about your experience, please call 713.784.4410 to discuss the matter at length with CEO, Jeff Gorski. Thank you.

Pros

2 Hour flexibility in arrival time

Cons

Everything there was extremely depressing, and everyone clearly hated being there, so your energy leaves your body the second you walk into the building. Left because trainers cussed us out while learning and management prioritized friendships over ethics and proper workplace behavior.
