Issue with senior management - Insurance PFS Group Employee Review

Thank you for your feedback. Like any company, PFS Group must oversee employees to ensure we are not only meeting, but exceeding our clients’ expectations. Because of our management structure, our clients and their patients receive the attention they deserve, which in turn, makes them very satisfied. I’m sorry you feel as though this is micromanaging, when in fact, our attention to employees is only aimed at helping them grow and develop professionally and personally. In regards to your director asking for help, PFS Group values employees who want to learn. We would rather have our team members ask questions to better understand policies and procedures, than provide false information. Speaking of policies, I understand you wish you could use your cell phone at your desk, however, because we place great importance on our clients and their patients’ privacy, cell phones must stay away unless you’re on break.
