Pros
Over the years at PFS, there has been a radical change in culture, so much so, that if you would have asked some of my colleagues who have been here since I started, we all would tell you that the company culture and structure is unrecognizable to its former self. The company has such a multitude of shifts in structure, management, growth, and incentives that I could not call it anything except an honor to work for PFS. Working here is not like working anywhere else, because here you will be able to assist patients in their needs, in the ever-expanding healthcare industry with the best in the business. Here we are all extremely knowledgeable about the internal systems that we use, as well as having collaborative, mutually benefiting business relationships with one another, that bleeds through all ranks of the company with our open-communication policy. It has been quite a treasure to get to see PFS grow from a relatively small company with a tight, but segregated staffing structure into the titan of industry that all of us at PFS make this company to be. If you currently work here, I’m truly happy to have you as part of the team, and you know what it’s like to be able to have an incomparably positive work experience at PFS. If you are not currently employed at PFS, I could not recommend a better company to work for, if you are looking for things like open-communication between all staff, a fast-paced environment where the limit of your ability to learn knows no bounds, and to be able to work alongside some of the smartest, kindest, and supportive people you will ever get the opportunity to work with.
Cons
In my years here, nothing that I can see. :)
