Pros

I love my job and it's a great opportunity to further my experience and i enjoy working there doing software support and helping users on daily basis.

Cons

My only feeling is that I want to be in California and do not wish to stay long term in Louisiana. However I am told that option is not available for now and it could be years before i can work remotely.

Pros

My experience has been wonderful, as I have managed to learn a tremendous amount about the world of sales and the POOLCORP culture; there is always someone willing to help and guide you through a process or assist you in achieving your goals. I cannot single out just one person, as so many have stood by my side and guided me throughout this journey, but I do extend my gratitude to the entire team. I hope to continue being a part of this great company and, of course, to climb many more rungs up the ladder. THANK YOU POOLCORP!!!

Sometimes a little more cohesion and teamwork are needed.
