-no meaningful benefits just a random toy every month -management can be toxic and controlling -onsite 5 days a week even though majority of work can be done remotely -high workload, low pay -The company culture isn’t particularly strong. There is noticeable division, with people largely focusing on their own work or staying within cliques, resulting in little sense of unity or togetherness. -not much professional development - very messy structure , lack of communication. - feedback gets ignored -Chinese company so it's understandable that mandarin will be spoken but can be really isolating -a lot of favouritism -work responsibilities can feel messy and unclear, end taking up more work all the time. -high work load can effect work life balance
