Product is easy to move around. The characters are cute and fun

Management is rude. Seems like the higher you go up the ladder, they’re worse. Head office workers didn’t even introduce themselves and started scavenging through the cabinets below. When confronted about not going through it all they said was “we’re head office” as if we’re meant to know that One regional manager said to an assistant manager to not talk back to her. They’re just very aggressive. There’s a manager who doesn’t follow the ROTA draft and purposefully makes it hard for people

There are none. This place is the worst.

Cons

Surveillance state tactics. They're always watching you with their AI camera garbage. Micromanage to a degree I have never seen before. Everything needs a sign off, with a picture, with a thumbs up in one of the 20 plus chats you'll be forced to use. One boss? Try like five, at least. Pop in visits are the norm. Discounts? You can't even buy product at your home store. So no, no discounts. But be sure to use your membership at other stores if you must purchase something, that way they can track you.
