Great place to work for someone with no ethical standards or self-respect. - Anonymous employee PacificSource Employee Review

Pros

Most employees receive pay increases every year and everyone generally receives quarterly bonuses.

Cons

Management changes the rules every day giving no chance for success and breeding complacency. HR is bias, standing by while employees are targeted and publicly shamed and bullied in meetings then fires others for looking at someone the wrong way, while people who are incompetent, steal, and show up drunk stay employed. A handful of employees do the bulk of the work and management stands by and takes all the credit for it, and continues to pile more work on instead of hiring. Their motto of 'Doing the right thing' means to disregard whatever regulations we want in order to keep a sale and just pay the fines if we get caught.

Pros

PacificSource genuinely cares for their employees and offers full time remote working opportunities, which Boomers have taken away everywhere else.

Cons

I think about quitting at least once a week because the employees here are soul-sucking. Entitled and out of touch. Might be the healthcare industry, but employees here doesn’t seem to understand the concept of smart business and our viability in the market if we don’t shape up.

Pros

Coworkers who support each other, care about the business, and work from home.

Cons

The path of destruction and mismanagement that’s at the executive level is astonishing. None of them appeared to know anything about how the work is being done and no one seems to have a clue about what updates and changes are happening, let alone how to proceed with changes since they have no clue about the steps within the work, which leads to a ton of confusion across teams. Asking questions and seeking conversation within this “open door” company is risky and labels you as “resistant”. It’s common and is keeping the people who are doing the work from participating in conversation because of fear of being retaliated against or of being viewed negatively.
