Pros
The benefits are actually pretty decent, especially if you have a family. They also allow remote work up to 4 days a week but you do have to come in the office at least one day a week, three if you are a supervisor.
Cons
Boy where do I start. First off, as an insurance company, PacificSource is the most underpaid across the area. Routinely people take pay cuts to work on many of our teams. Leadership does not care about service roles or any hourly roles as they consistently are left out of conversations. Leadership likes to say they are "transparent" but use corporate jargon with meaningless buzzwords and dodge questions about pay. Please save yourself the trouble and DO NOT WORK HERE. The benefits are honestly not worth it. They consider it part of your pay which is criminal to me. They are bleeding employees at this point because of it, so use this as the red flag you need and RUN!
