The team here genuinely cares about the residents and patients here, and you can feel that every day. Every month we receive so many thanks from family members which really makes us feel appreciated by the community we serve especially during busy times. Management is approachable and open to new ideas, and the work feels meaningful because you’re actually making a difference for our kupuna. Our CEO really cares about the staff and care we provide. She is willing to roll up her sleeves to help get the job done. The environment feels welcoming and family-like, and there’s a lot of pride in the care our team provides.

While there are a lot of stalls for on-site employee parking, around 40 or so, it would be great to have a few extra stalls

Palolo is the best place to work. The DON and ADON are always trying to be a resource in learning how to best care for our residents. They care flexible with our schedules. There are charge nurses that help out if you are new and need help with doing admissions and taking orders off. HR really cares about you and want you to be happy.

Can purchase only 3 meals per day with the employee discount. The food is delicious and many staff people purchase meals to eat for all the meals. Great chef and cooks, Domingo is the best.
