The team here genuinely cares about the residents and patients here, and you can feel that every day. Every month we receive so many thanks from family members which really makes us feel appreciated by the community we serve especially during busy times. Management is approachable and open to new ideas, and the work feels meaningful because you’re actually making a difference for our kupuna. Our CEO really cares about the staff and care we provide. She is willing to roll up her sleeves to help get the job done. The environment feels welcoming and family-like, and there’s a lot of pride in the care our team provides.

While there are a lot of stalls for on-site employee parking, around 40 or so, it would be great to have a few extra stalls

One of the best places I have worked and the top LTC facility on the island. I have been at several facilities and this place is well organized and managed. Good management, everyone works very hard and is a fun place to celebrate life and achievements with your friends & coworkers. Staff celebrate every holiday and multicultural events, special to residents and staff background.

No major cons. Overall a very positive experience.
