Pros
There are a lot of attributes that make Park Assist a great company to work for. Having worked there over 6 years, I’ve had the opportunity to work with everyone who has been at the company during that span. There are a number of things that contribute to the positive atmosphere of working at Park Assist. These attributes inclcude: - Growing company - Industry leading product - Most experienced team in the industry from top to bottom - Culture promotes autonomy and trust - Business truly cares about the well being of the employees regardless of title or tenure - Team oriented atmosphere. Cons
Some may not fair well with the level of autonomy required for some roles. This is a company that depends on the people to be self motivated, driven and hold yourself accountable. Management provides support but it’s up to you to get the job done. I personally enjoyed that aspect however some may not.
