Pros
You get a MacBook you can bring home to use. Office has tons of windows. Lots of natural light gets in. People are friendly. As long as you make your sales goals no one bothers you. If you need a job and you have half a brain, you can get hired. If you're an ok sales person you can make decent money.
Cons
It's a junior varsity environment on the inside sales team. You will be forced to listen to uneducated people speak frequently. Lots of unnecessary meetings that always end with an insincere compliment game. The main sales tactic used is: "if I put you in touch with my manager to make this happen, will you move forward today?" Then you will spend a lot of time convincing clients not to cancel and threatening them with the cancellation fee and 3rd party collections. Also, all sales leads are distributed based on favoritism, it shouldn't take very long to figure that out. You'll notice some people rarely make calls but always make goal. It's because the best leads are being spoon fed to them.
