Get it together! - Operations Patch Employee Review

I have never worked for a company that is this disorganized with the higher management not knowing what they're doing. They're forcing out great employees who are dedicated to the company, while they are promoting and fostering employees who lack industry experience who often provide upper management with inadequate knowledge to base business decisions off of. There is no solid foundation at the company -- eventually it's going to fall and crumble.
