1) If someone is working there and update a naukri profile, they will come to know and no wonder next is meeting with his manager. 2) No open work culture for learning. 3) Micro management so every step is noted down. 4) No worklife balance

Too notch work, projects are slicing edge and demanding. Depending on the manager, you can get extremely good independent work or be a sidekick to someone else doing that work.

Some of the managers don't know the company culture to provide great opportunities to all
