- Supportive after joining - Technical management is good

-At the time of offer, They have agreed for 60% hike over my CTC. I had been told to accept the 25% hike offer letter and on my last working day they will share the actual offer letter as people are not joining after taking offer. On my LWD they told me that max they can offer is 40%. Luckily I was having recordings of the conversations I had with HR and after fighting for 4 days they agreed to the actual offer. No joining bonus or anything. -There is very long wait for project. Spent almost 4+months on bench - Always verify the role before joining. Algorithm person is completely assigned tasks of optimization.

Pros
Good place to learn on audio, imaging and embedded systems. Projects are good, and employees will be allocated to projects immediately (less bench period). Compensation on par with the market. The management is good, and any queries gets addressed soon.
Cons
Training on new technologies need to be improved, longer work hours on some days. Other benefits (work from home related) are less compared to other places
