Get to work with the best minds of the embedded multimedia industry. Even the freshers here do some awesome cutting edge job with good guidance from seniors. Great teamwork. No politics. Good exposure to various technologies. Open and friendly environment. Senior management easily approachable. Good ethics. Good focus on IP development. Variety of projects right from UI to device driver & codecs in various verticals. New building is great!

Cons

Tight schedules of projects. Not a place for a poor performer or time pass engineers to hang out. Everyone is expected to perform well and sometimes even outperform. Company headcount growth not exponential due to good focus on quality of people hired.

Too notch work, projects are slicing edge and demanding. Depending on the manager, you can get extremely good independent work or be a sidekick to someone else doing that work.

Cons

Some of the managers don't know the company culture to provide great opportunities to all
