1. Good exposure to technologies. 2. Open work culture not much politics. 3. Project change is possible and easy accessable to people for help. 4. Good hike if you are really good with you work. Hike is proportional to your work.

Cons

1. Work depends on project and customer. Either you will be doing some juck work or you will working hard without life. Work life balance is problem many times. 2. No experts around to help you. you need to get your work done. 3. No proper planning and resource allocation.
