Pros
Excellent and extensive training, right from the basics of computer languages. Immediate allocation to a project post-training. Colleagues help in the smooth transition of a fresh graduate into the world of professional projects. Work/life balance is quite good.
Cons
Project goals not made clear to employees from the start (more of a "Go figure!" type of culture) Lack of proper task scheduling. Client requests are dealt with a last-minute approach. Lot of idle time during actual work hours and expectation to wait back till 10 pm to hurriedly deal with client requests. Employees not given enough benefits, pay and/or respect. Projects are stagnant, leading to less hands-on experience with software coding.
