-Not a great place to be if you want to grow in the company. -Lots of favoritism and the good ole boy network. It's not about what you do, it's about who you know. -HR department has no clue what is going on. You ask them basic questions and they can't even answer them. You call corporate and nobody will ever pick up the phone. -Don't ever expect to get a raise or promotion. Expect your measly 3-4% merit every year and that is it.
