Pros

Not a single pro to this job, i advise you stay away from this place at all cost

Cons

The management, work environment, the pay is a joke and the work life balance is terrible expect to live at this facility. You will work here until you are either fired or you quit that is a guarantee.

Pros

Clocking out and going home.

Cons

Ghetto mentality. If you’re a good worker they will take advantage of that while everyone else stands around and talks. A company as big as Pepsi should not be so cheap, benefits are ok. Nothing exceptional. Majority of pallets are on the floor because they are too cheap to put in a shelving system.

Pros

Ability to work a lot of overtime. Pay is pretty good. CDL training for free.

Cons

VETERANS BEWARE! You will not be respected nor valued at this company. They feel you have to "earn" your way to a route and "earn" respect. They have no respect for you being a disabled vet whether 30% or 80% and fancy talk their way out of any special accommodations requested.. Managers talk to you like you have a lot to learn about in life because you are new to the company. Lots of 12-16 hr days. I don't want to make this sound like Im whining but Pepsi hired me knowing I had some disabilities and didn't seem to concerned with anything after I was hired. I worked hard. Very hard. I was spoken to like a child for no reason other than that they have a culture of disrespecting their employees. This is one of those jobs that when you walk away from it, you just shake your head in disbelief at the way they undervalue everyone that works for them. A veteran isnt just an average employee. Pepsi Bottling Ventures will make you feel like you did nothing to be proud of in your prior military service and treat you like dirt. From one veteran to another, AVOID THIS COMPANY.
