Less than satisfactory employment experience!!! - Driver Pepsi Bottling Ventures Employee Review

Vacation plan is the pits, Poor management - no team concept, seperation of divisions / no synergy Poor pay structure - hourly pay scale as well as incentive pay scale which is completely unfair. Drivers that work 5 minutes from shop receive same base pay as drivers that work an hour from shop. Required to buy black shoes only with no work shoe allowance. Good ole' boy system. Majority of employees dissatisfied with work enviroment / culture but need a job so nothing is said.
