Some of the smartest people on the planet building something that truly stands ahead of anything else out there. Cons
The company has somehow fostered a negative culture where employees avoid taking risks in fear that they will be negatively ridiculed for it. Executive management is overly involved in tactical work and needlessly imposes a lot of reactive measures that send teams scrambling. Weekend heroics and firefighting are often met with no response at all from management or a sense that it wasn't good enough.
