At Pindrop I get to work with amazing technologies, and support our customers' efforts to protect their members' assets and provide a tremendous customer experience. There's always new stuff to learn, and Pindrop has and will continue to allow me to grow my career better than I ever expected!
Cons
Sometimes work/life balance can be a challenge, and has been for me over the years. One of the primary drivers behind that has been because of our transition from on-premises systems to cloud, and when I get asked to do work outside of my normal working hours it's almost always due to having to support ongoing on-premises customers. That is slowly but surely changing, so hopefully very soon the need to reach me when I'm out of office will go away as we retire our last on-premises environments.
