Pros
The people at Pindrop are the best of any company I've worked at. People that aren't good to work with, don't stay - so we are left with a core group of hard workers with can-do attitudes. People that I hang out with outside of work. We get to play with cool toys (not just engineering). There is so much work to do, that if you have initiative, you can implement or use some cool things that might normally be outside your role. Pindrop rewards self starters and go getters. I rarely ever (like a couple times a year) have to work on the weekends. I do choose to work a number of evenings after the kids go to bed, but it's not expected of me.
Cons
To work at Pindrop you must be able to manage a large number of threads (too many). If you can't multi-task, it's probably not for you.
