Pros

The office environment is pleasant, with a convenient location right outside the station. They also offer free breakfast, which is a nice perk and adds a friendly touch to the workday.

Cons

During my time at Planview, I experienced a concerning lack of fairness in how sales leads were distributed. Certain employees consistently received the best accounts—not based on performance or merit, but seemingly due to favoritism or internal connections. When I raised this issue with my manager, I was told to “eat the frogs,” which felt dismissive and unprofessional. This culture of favoritism trickled down from leadership to team managers, creating an environment where field sales reps had to work harder with fewer opportunities, while others were set up for success. If you’re someone who thrives in an equitable and transparent work culture, this might not be the right fit. However, if you're comfortable navigating office politics and can tolerate internal biases, you may have a different experience.

Thank you for sharing your feedback and some of the things you enjoy about the Stockholm office. We take the concerns you've raised seriously and want to share a bit about how our lead distribution process works to ensure transparency. Leads are routed based on defined territories, which are assigned according to geography and language. For example, if an SDR is responsible for the French market and speaks French, they manage all inbound and outbound efforts for that region. This structure is closely tied to how we hire, as language proficiency and market knowledge are critical for effective engagement with prospects. While inbound leads are a valuable part of the mix, a significant portion of success in the role comes from proactive outbound efforts. Inbound leads cannot simply be reassigned outside of the territory model, as they are aligned with our Target Account strategy and the regional responsibilities of each SDR. We understand that this model can feel challenging at times, especially in territories where the volume of inbound may be lower. However, it is designed to ensure alignment with market expertise, language needs, and our strategic go-to-market approach. We’re always open to feedback and committed to fostering a fair and supportive environment. If you have more you would like to share, please email HRFeedback@planview.com.

Pros

The team culture was incredible. Managers were very open and encouraging to explore new technologies and development processes. It was a very collaborative culture where engineers would often collaborate on solutions to complex problems which was especially nice given the displacement between all of the remote members of the team.

Cons

Outside of the team level, organization prioritization struggled. One day the stated priority might be one thing then the following day it would suddenly change. I would describe it as 'chasing a shiny object' instead of a thought out vision for what the project should be when it's complete.
