They lie about everything for months and months. From salary increase amount to the work we have to do. They want you to not think with your own head and do what you are told. You can not criticize the decisions of your manager or you will get handed a written warning or even let go for criticizing manager. If you leave the company you are treated as a traitor for leaving. All of this is just a tip of the iceberg. It used to be a good company, but now it's a bad company to work at.
