Pros

Lots of employees that have spent 5+ years there, therefore actually a company with persistent culture. Focus is “feel accepted and well, good work will follow”. Family and personal wellbeing are prioritised over work, but that doesn’t mean work doesn’t get done.

Cons

Processes and tech are a little old-school. My guess about average employee age is about 33+.

Since the software engineering teams are lean things move quickly, a lot of space for innovation if it adds business value. Amazing office with lots of perks (snacks, parking, ...).

Cons

As with a big enterprise, some security processes might be tedious and a bit ineffective.
