PTR truly cares about their employees! One of the ways they show this is by providing a gym and personal trainer ON SITE. For someone who loves fitness and wellness, having this at my work place is a HUGE benefit. PTR really puts their core values at the heart of what they do and it shows ever day! There is not a day that I don't say "I can't wait to go to work!" Everyone is friendly and supportive. People are always willing to help each other out.

Cons

At this point in my career with PTR, I do not have any cons. I have had many jobs, always feeling like I could never find my place. PTR does NOT make me feel that way. I love being here!

- Culture Culture Culture! - Lots of events for employees like Mothers/Fathers Day, workout challenges (including MURPH), tournaments (kickball, wiffleball, Euchre), and more - Full Gym and full-time trainers - No time tracking = trusting employees to be honest, hard-working adults - Everyone seems to genuinely enjoy being at work - Fair pay - Flexible work schedules allow for appointments and such - Everyone is willing to help and answer questions - Business strategy is solid and has tons of potential

- Bathroom automatic soap dispensers are slow as molasses, lol
