good hours 8-5 M-F pay is quite competitive, with profit sharing after the first year tenure. so much flexibility literally everybody treats you like you're family. highly team oriented, and actually will help you no matter the question/concern PTR has swag this company has taken care of me better than any company i've ever worked for. If you're looking for a new job, dont sleep on PTR, it's really this good.

Cons

i have not come across any "cons" yet! always thought places like PTR were unicorns, but it's one of those companies you just have to see.

- Culture Culture Culture! - Lots of events for employees like Mothers/Fathers Day, workout challenges (including MURPH), tournaments (kickball, wiffleball, Euchre), and more - Full Gym and full-time trainers - No time tracking = trusting employees to be honest, hard-working adults - Everyone seems to genuinely enjoy being at work - Fair pay - Flexible work schedules allow for appointments and such - Everyone is willing to help and answer questions - Business strategy is solid and has tons of potential

- Bathroom automatic soap dispensers are slow as molasses, lol
