I work at PTR as a Production Technician at the DFW location and this company is the real deal. The atmosphere is great, everyone is willing to stop what they are doing to lend you a hand if need be. Everyone is friendly and you can carry a conversation with anyone from the bottom level employee all the way to the owner of the company. There is tremendous potential for growth and they will look at promoting from within before they hire outside. The schedule is 6am-2:30pm Mon-Fri, it does not get any better than that! If something comes up they will let you leave to get it taken care of no questions asked. The pay is top of the line and they have profit sharing that is around 15k+ a year depending on your job title, which is all a bonus on top of the great pay. We have a uniform service that will even do our laundry and a boot allowance. The benefits are amazing including profit sharing, day 1 PTO, 401k, insurance, company paid life insurance, and it keeps going! On top of that, we have a full gym on site with a full time personal trainer ready to help you with your goals. Overall working for this company is like reading a fairy tail!

The only con to working for PTR is the company culture and benefits are so great you will never find another company that will treat you the same!!!
