Pros

They allow me the freedom to get my work done without having multiple managers leaning over my shoulder. I get to listen to music while I work. I get to enjoy a candy wall of goodies and a game room. Everyone that works at Procore is family (cheesy but true).

Cons

..... I have to drive 15 minutes to get here? but that's 15 minutes of an ocean view so it's not that bad. Probably parking. We're growing so much that parking spaces are a hot commodity. :)

Currently under a leadership shift at the executive level and fear over culture being killed which has allowed for Procore to be successful

Free lunch Tuesday through Thursday.

Cons

There is a huge reality issue between the Executives and the workerbees. Procore cannot scale its operations. New hires see this but leaders - especially ones that have been around since IPO- have zero ability to do anything or to understand the issues. Anyone working the deal operations knows that it’s one new motion away from complete month end chaos. The HR policies are stuck in some other generation. There are no team goals on which you are measured. There is no 360 where you can rate your manager. There is no leadership training or really any job training. There are no education benefits either.
