Pros

I tend to be highly critical, but I am consistently impressed with how management attempts to live up to their high standards and exemplify the culture. Competence is not universal among senior management, but honesty and humility seem to be. Colleagues are equally pleasant to work with and generally good at what they do. The work itself is decently enjoyable, and there are many opportunities - which you are encouraged to take - to explore different kinds of work that may interest you outside of your formal role. Benefits are fantastic. Salary is competitive. Work-life balance is celebrated. And the company seems on-track for large success in the future.

Cons

Some things can be frustrating, but they are typically more the honest realities of working at a company in Procore's position. Some examples: * Procore pays within the 50-75th percentile of SaaS companies. But it's still young, not yet dripping in profits, and is at least transparent about why and how they achieve this. * Advancement opportunities are not always as accessible as they may be at large multinationals where there are typically always resources and need to grow the management team.

Pros

-Complete flexibility and autonomy; one of our core values is 'Ownership' and that is something I tangibly feel every day -Unlimited PTO and great benefits -An amazing team; I genuinely love everyone I work with on a daily basis -Great mission and product within a relatively stable/timeless industry (construction)

Cons

-Change is a constant - lots of leadership change over the past several years. I recognize this is not for everyone. However, I have a lot of faith in the new leadership team and the direction of the company.

Pros

Free lunch Tuesday through Thursday.

Cons

There is a huge reality issue between the Executives and the workerbees. Procore cannot scale its operations. New hires see this but leaders - especially ones that have been around since IPO- have zero ability to do anything or to understand the issues. Anyone working the deal operations knows that it’s one new motion away from complete month end chaos. The HR policies are stuck in some other generation. There are no team goals on which you are measured. There is no 360 where you can rate your manager. There is no leadership training or really any job training. There are no education benefits either.
