Pros

Company really encourages you to grow personally and professionally. Personally: There is a lot of encouragement through benefits to be healthy as well (juice delivery to the office for a discount, in-house gym, MindBody card allowances, PTO, yoga, company sports teams, location of the office right on running trails, weekly healthy company lunch, open work environment, etc). and a fully stoked kitchen with stoked with carrots, celery, hummus, cereal, milk, peanut butter, beer, green tea, trail mix/granola bars, chips, sandwich supplies, coffee, and more. They also host company outings (hiking, hockey games, etc. depending on your department). They always encourage you to learn and grow from the managers. It doesn't seem that anyone (including Tooey) has a closed door policy. I feel like I can walk up to anyone with my questions at any time.

Cons

Some of the benefits that they used to have (like quarterly raises) have been abolished due to the growing company. However, they have also added benefits since the rapid growth as well (MindBody cards).

Pros

Having been with Levelset for several years prior to the acquisition, the long-term transition into Procore was incredibly smooth. The company culture is genuinely fantastic, and the people are some of the best I’ve ever worked with. Management fosters a highly collaborative environment with a strong emphasis on quality. I truly loved the day-to-day environment and the team camaraderie throughout my entire tenure.

Cons

The only downside was related to global budget shifting. Ultimately, my contractor agreement couldn't be extended due to a corporate push toward more cost-effective overseas hires rather than maintaining the US-based contract budget.

Pros

Free lunch Tuesday through Thursday.

Cons

There is a huge reality issue between the Executives and the workerbees. Procore cannot scale its operations. New hires see this but leaders - especially ones that have been around since IPO- have zero ability to do anything or to understand the issues. Anyone working the deal operations knows that it’s one new motion away from complete month end chaos. The HR policies are stuck in some other generation. There are no team goals on which you are measured. There is no 360 where you can rate your manager. There is no leadership training or really any job training. There are no education benefits either.
