Pros

- Some of the team members are great people to work with - Good perks/benefits

Cons

- Around 15-20 people have left in the last year or so owing to poor and toxic leadership and setting unreasonable targets. The leadership is the most incompetent I have ever seen. They rode the wave from pre-IPO to IPO and have no clue what to do next. The blame is on the troops and no responsibility is ever taken by the leadership. - Recently, owing to multiple complaints and poor performance over the years, a manager and director from the CSM team were fired. Anyone interviewing should seek clarification on why they are 2 managers and 1 director down in a span of 6 months. - Lawsuits for unfair dismissal are common. - HR BP is the worst and is an extension of the management to protect their interests. - They will make huge promises on target and the number of accounts/CSM. Nothing will change, don't fall for it.

Pros

-Complete flexibility and autonomy; one of our core values is 'Ownership' and that is something I tangibly feel every day -Unlimited PTO and great benefits -An amazing team; I genuinely love everyone I work with on a daily basis -Great mission and product within a relatively stable/timeless industry (construction)

Cons

-Change is a constant - lots of leadership change over the past several years. I recognize this is not for everyone. However, I have a lot of faith in the new leadership team and the direction of the company.

Pros

Free lunch Tuesday through Thursday.

Cons

There is a huge reality issue between the Executives and the workerbees. Procore cannot scale its operations. New hires see this but leaders - especially ones that have been around since IPO- have zero ability to do anything or to understand the issues. Anyone working the deal operations knows that it’s one new motion away from complete month end chaos. The HR policies are stuck in some other generation. There are no team goals on which you are measured. There is no 360 where you can rate your manager. There is no leadership training or really any job training. There are no education benefits either.
