While some of these hires are good, many are underperforming but protected due to their connections. There's a clear bias against women in tech and leadership roles, with frequent accusations of nepotism, favoritism, sexism, and targeting of women leaders circulating on Blind. Senior engineers and management are being pushed to return to the office, while hundreds of engineers are hired in India. If you have other options, take them. This place is toxic and directionless, as reflected in its stock performance.
