Pros

Working for an internationally known company. Great discounts on QVC merch. A paycheck.

Cons

So many. Average pay, for being overworked and stretched beyond reasonable boundaries of your job description. Poor work-life balance. Navigating and zooming through the large call center after your (gone-too-soon) break inorder to clock/log in on time may likely keep you on edge. Actual customer service skills don't seem to be valued as much as simply conforming to policy. For me, it was a mindless, unfulfilling job.

Pros : great employee discount given on items Flexibility to work remotely

Cons

Overworked and underpaid . Unreasonable working hours and back to back phone calls. Pay was not great at all. Micro-managing was insane.
