Pros

Midtown location and convenient to get to. That's literally it though.

Cons

Very poor management from both managers and supervisors. No accountability whatsoever, and really poor hiring practices. They don't hold paraprofessionals to high enough standards and they are not vetted enough before hiring, nor do they have very stringent hiring practices. The manager of the paraprofessional department tends to play favorites very often, as does the Vice President. They also does not handle priorities well either. They overwork you and give you tasks that fall well outside of your job description in which you aren't compensated extra for. More emphasis and enforcement is also placed on people working in office 3 days per week as opposed to the actual tasks and hard work that's being done by the employees. Much of the blame will also fall onto your shoulders as well whenever something goes awry. Very low pay as well.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. While this review is anonymous and does not provide enough information for us to directly address the specific concerns raised, we take all feedback seriously. We have seen similar anonymous comments posted across multiple review platforms, which makes it difficult to engage in a productive conversation or fully understand the circumstances being referenced. As Vice President, I would welcome the opportunity to speak with you directly to better understand your experience and discuss any concerns you may have. At RCM, we take great pride in the culture we have built and the success of our employees. Many of our team members have been with the company for years and have advanced their careers through growth, development, and promotion opportunities. We encourage anyone interested in learning about our organization to review the career paths and tenure of our employees on LinkedIn. We are also proud of the relationships we have built with our clients, many of whom have partnered with us for years because of the quality of our services, our providers, and our people. While no organization is perfect, we are committed to continuous improvement and creating an environment where employees can succeed. Regarding our in-office collaboration policy, we believe that spending time together in the office fosters teamwork, mentorship, communication, and overall business success. Our three-day in-office schedule is an intentional part of our culture and has contributed positively to both employee development and company performance. We are sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations and wish you the very best in your future endeavors. If you would like to discuss your concerns directly, I would be happy to speak with you personally. Marc D. Chafetz Vice President
