Pros

There is None. I have nothing good to say about this company. Sorry.

Cons

Everything. Poor Management. No Leadership. Use and Abuse. They never pay there Nurses on time. When there is a problem on pay, they take there sweet time on getting us paid. Offer Pay Cards that charge us to take out money we rightfully earned. Horrible.

Pros

- Flexible due to remote work I do want to say I liked my supervisor as a person and believe she was doing the best she could.

Cons

- Highly unorganized team. Information changed on daily basis, always felt like they or I were grasping at straws. - Had to let people go after only a few days or weeks due to unorganized clients dissolving positions. - The positions you are filling are almost impossible because they do not pay enough - Co-workers poking fun at recruitees reasons for calling in on our group chat. - Largely non-POC team venting about POC recruitees hard to spell names/saying they can't keep track of how to pronounce -Training was limited, had to ask for a lot of help which could have been avoided had there been any sort of organized training. I finally got an outline of my duties 3 months in because I asked. - Multiple times, I would do things my supervisor asked me to do only to be told "I don't know why you thought I wanted you to do that" which made me feel like I was insane, but I truly believe she would tell me things in the moment and forget she said them. Was very frustrating. - Little-to-no room for growth - Need 2-3 more employees for credentialing so recruiters can actually spend time recruiting - Insurance is very expensive (they cover 60% and it still cost me almost $350/month for just me)

Pros

Monday-Friday schedule. Weekends and holidays off.

Cons

No Paid time off. Need to be full time to collect benefits. Initial pay is alright but no raise offered as time progresses. Management treats you like another body, no recognition for job well done or during holidays. Don’t feel like part of a team and very isolated as an RN in a school setting. No RN peers to bounce info off which can feel lonely at times. No work or pay during school holidays and closures.
