- Highly unorganized team. Information changed on daily basis, always felt like they or I were grasping at straws.
- Had to let people go after only a few days or weeks due to unorganized clients dissolving positions.
- The positions you are filling are almost impossible because they do not pay enough
- Co-workers poking fun at recruitees reasons for calling in on our group chat.
- Largely non-POC team venting about POC recruitees hard to spell names/saying they can't keep track of how to pronounce
-Training was limited, had to ask for a lot of help which could have been avoided had there been any sort of organized training. I finally got an outline of my duties 3 months in because I asked.
- Multiple times, I would do things my supervisor asked me to do only to be told "I don't know why you thought I wanted you to do that" which made me feel like I was insane, but I truly believe she would tell me things in the moment and forget she said them. Was very frustrating.
- Little-to-no room for growth
- Need 2-3 more employees for credentialing so recruiters can actually spend time recruiting
- Insurance is very expensive (they cover 60% and it still cost me almost $350/month for just me)
