Pros
Co-workers were great, physical environment was great -- chandeliers, statement chairs, Versailles-sized mirrors, granite restrooms, etc.
Cons
Don't expect a creative job unless you're further up in management; otherwise you'll be a software jockey or human spellchecker. Management is too busy to deal with the mere groundlings, and lacks on-the-ground knowledge, leading to mistakes that the groundlings are blamed for. Stone Age production processes. Not much opportunity for advancement.
