Pros
People first environment, customer first mentality, curator mentality, generous with timely raises, great team efforts company-wide & great education on products.
Cons
Company is management heavy so it’s hard to move up, often display pieces were not allocated correctly leaving holes in floor sets & the stores became far to large and while items became more expensive, sales were less often causing scheduling & payroll issues at certain times.
