Decent Job, but I would avoid working here - Associate Hospitality Leader RH Employee Review

The hours are awful, the company preaches values and beliefs of the company that only benefit the hourly staff. Once you get into leadership, all regional and senior leadership becomes self serving of the company and you no longer matter. Pay is wildly low on the hospitality side of the business. Gallery leaders make almost double for working less hours. Hospitality leaders work 10-12 hour shifts with a 30 minutes break while Gallery leaders work 9-10 hour shifts with a 1 hour break.
