- co-workers all have great work ethic and support one another when they can

- management and head office discontinued hiring even as team continued to shrink, leading to overworked employees and bad schedules - lack of employee retention and room to grow - did not have opportunities to join in on daily team meetings with other departments to cultivate a stronger work/learning environment (ie. felt a huge disconnect)
