Pros
The people are great to work with. Upper management was involved in the daily operations of the stores & everyone was given the opportunity to connect with them at the home office. It was inspiring to work there through the transformation from a retail furniture store into a gallery.
Cons
They were slow to give raises, but that might have just been my district manager specifically. Allocation of furniture and other decor was typically short by quite a few featured items when doing floor sets. As the visual manager in a 30,000 sq.ft. store it was challenging at times to uphold the focus & esthetic of the company while not always being given the physical items to do so.
