Pros
They people I work with for the most part are amazing. And there is so much to learn at RH. They are consistently innovating and trying to improve their processes in all areas of the business. It’s amazing to be able to connect with all of the galleries across the world! I love the company values!
Cons
The work environment is quite toxic. Even the higher ups have to filter themselves. I guess that’s how it is in the corporate world. They want you to learn everything without proficient training and they don’t have the patience to teach you properly. Unfortunately even with the amazing values many people don’t love by them.
