Rackspace has superior on boarding training programs and continuing product training to keep employee skills fresh.
Cons
As much as people like working there, it is hard to justify the 20%-30% wage hit. It is also common that a commissioned employee must fight to get their proper commission. The formulas seem to be open for interpretation. Management also reassigns accounts on a whim. This means you can cultivate an account and just when they are about to sign a contract, management can "churn" the accounts and it's then assigned to another rep, who then benefits from the sale.
