Comprehensive package, stable salary, city job, holiday benefits. Various functional departments are sound. There are opportunities to learn.

Cons

Leaders are not trained, promotion from the front line leads to lack of management ability. Work is boring and repetitive, single mothers are the majority, office topics around children and dating, very no positive atmosphere. Suitable for old age and unwilling to use the brain to choose easy imbecile.

- My manager was great - Lots of opportunity for growth due to smaller US team - Well known and respected company in the marketplace - SDU teams are great - Everyone generally positive and willing to help

Cons

- Barriers to closing sales (legal/contracts and proposals take weeks or more) - Onboarding is messy - Lots of turnover - Very unrealistic quota - Limited training on products - Frequent very early morning and very late night calls due to global team time difference - Commission caps on large deals - Geopolitical stuff limits China office use - AI/Insuretechs are changing the industry - You really need experience at an insurance agency as a producer or account manager to be successful
