Pros

A typical day at work at ResQ is never typical. Over the time that I am on site, I seem to always have challenging, mind building tasks on my plate. ResQ keeps things interesting by trusting you with the responsibility of a variety of assignments that have direct impact with the company. The workplace culture at ResQ is very fun, friendly, open and flexible, with a well lit space and open desks, everyone is just a shout away. The hierarchy is very flat and as an employee I truly feel like my voice is heard. The bosses are very open to feedback and are understanding, caring people who look out for their employees. The hardest and also the most enjoyable part of the job has to be the amount of times my boundaries have been stretched at this company, very refreshing and humbling.

Cons

As a startup company, this is a very fast paced environment, with a fast growing team. Having to keep up will keep you on your toes.

Pros

If you’re looking for a fast paced environment, and a niche product with excellent UI, this is the place for you. Constant changes but usually for the better.

Cons

Fully remote with HQ in Canada can be isolating at times.

Pros

Rapidly growing tech startup in the hospitality + service partner space. I've had a wonderful ~9 months here, and anticipate a lot of fun, fast-paced growth ahead. As with any startup, there is rapid change, development, team changes, and the needs of the business shift. If you look at ResQ through that logical lens, it's an incredible place to work where you'll get to experience a ton of career growth, fast, on-the-job learning, and the ability to make an impact.

Cons

If you're looking for a role/company where you can sit back and just collect a paycheck, look elsewhere! ResQ requires thoughtful endurance and a positive mindset. None of this is a 'negative', just sharing the reality of joining an early-stage startup.
