Never a better time to sell than now at ResQ! True Hunters can thrive and make $$
Pros
- ResQ is a true disruptor with extremely high potential to take off as a company, and the product-market fit is being proven more and more every day. ResQ has clear differentiators from any competition and is primed to over-take the status quo for restaurant r&m. It's exciting to be a part of, what is proving to be, a seismic shift in how restaurants are leveraging tech to streamline operations (and, in particular, repairs & maintenance) - Go -to-market approach is solidified, quota is attainable and the comp plan is structured to reward reps that put in the work. In my time with the company, there's never been a better set-up for reps to come in and start making money in the first 3 months. - A lot of freedom in the role with remote work. There is little to no micro-management and reps are trusted to manage their schedules and priorities in a way that works best for them to produce. - There are a lot of resources to leverage if you're not shy to use them. It's a small company and key people are really easy to access across departments in including our Sr. Management and Executive teams. - Phenomenal people at this company. Smart, diverse, driven and optimistic about the future of the company. - You can see the unlimited potential here. There will be tons of opportunities to expand roles and move into leadership roles as you succeed.
Cons
I know it's so common to say this about a sales role at a startup, but this role really does require a self-starter, disciplined approach to sales. You'll have to put in a lot of work and be creative in your prospecting to achieve results. Meetings won't book themselves here, so if you're looking for a cushy sales role this is not it.
