Pros

The work can be rewarding and easy if properly trained.

Cons

Training is very rushed, Your thrown on calls after 2 weeks and the team leads are swamped with questions so you sit there with a client on call that they will not let you mute or transfer to a supervisor. So you end up waiting like 30 plus minutes with an increasingly angry client that knows your not muted and takes out their frustrations on you while you wait for a response from a team lead on something that could have taken 30 seconds if you had been properly trained.

Flex schedule and Daily Pay options

Cons

Metrics are tied to commissions and top agents are leaving Leadership keeps changing, the new commission targets are impossible to hit, and management only answers when it's convenient for them
